The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher (SPED Teacher) to join our full-time school-based team in Rochester, NH. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Indiana Special Education teaching license.
• Knowledge of IE P processes, laws, and best practices.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs and goals.
• Provide specialized instruction to students with various disabilities.
• Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies for academic growth.
• Collaborate with general ed teachers and related service providers to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families about progress and goals.
• Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
• Apply evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to meet diverse needs.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements.

Qualifications
