Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities

• Teach a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to build knowledge, skills, confidence, and character.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management strategies, including de-escalation and safety protocols.
• Maintain student records (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
