SPG Therapy & Education in Redwood City, CA is hiring Special Education Teachers to support students with diverse needs in school settings. Opportunities exist in Redwood City and Daly City with ESN credentialing and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

We offer mentorship, ongoing professional development, flexible school-based schedules, and competitive salaries ($70,000–$100,000 per year). Must hold California SPED Credential and be able to work in person.

Qualifications

• Valid California Special Education Credential (RSP, Mild/Moderate, ESN)
• Ability to work in person with students in a school environment
• Proficient in IEP case management
• Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students in classroom settings
• Conduct academic assessments and assist with IEP goal development and implementation
• Collaborate closely with parents, general education teachers, and related service providers
• Facilitate student engagement and participation throughout the school day
• Develop and implement lesson plans and maintain data collection and progress monitoring
