Job summary

Ombudsman Educational Services, a ChanceLight Education brand, seeks a Special Education Teacher to support middle and high school students in an alternative, nontraditional setting. You will design and deliver individualized, standards-based instruction, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor academic and behavioral progress for at-risk students.

Working closely with school districts and a small, collaborative team, you will create a safe, structured classroom with integrated behavior supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or licensure required.
• Experience designing individualized, standards-based instruction.
• Experience supporting at-risk middle/high school students with IEPs.
