Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Texas SPED certification is required.
• Experience with IEP development, implementation and compliance procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction based on IEPs to meet individualized goals.
• Provide support in inclusion and resource settings.
• Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress toward IEP goals.
• Implement accommodations and behavior support plans as required.
• Maintain documentation in line with IEP regulations and district policies.
• Communicate with families and teachers to coordinate support.
