Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor student progress regularly and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate with stakeholders.
