Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on students' unique learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to foster students' academic and social-emotional growth.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation, including IEPs and progress reports.
• Engage and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Support classroom management to promote a positive, inclusive environment.
