Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience working with K-12 children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each of the students.
• Communicate with staff and family members about student progress.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and submit for approval.
• Participate in IEP meetings as scheduled.
• Use individualized reinforcement techniques for student success.
• Invite family members to actively participate in education.
• Create a safe and productive classroom environment.
