Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking two PA Certified Special Education Teachers to join a dedicated team in Export, PA for temporary coverage through the current school year.

The positions involve full-time leave coverage in a small-class setting (ages 4-8) with Classroom Assistants, and a collaborative environment with support from our account team. Ideal candidates hold PA licensure in special education and PA school certification, with up-to-date clearances.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Special Education Teacher in Pennsylvania.
• School Certification in Pennsylvania.
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances.
• Experience with specially designed instruction and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Implementing specially designed instruction to drive student achievement.
• Conducting progress monitoring data and adjusting instruction based on the data.
• Establishing a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom.
• Providing support to students, parents, and general education staff and supporting student learning.
• Mentoring and coaching students on self-regulation and organizational skills.
• Developing effective IEPs that translate into measurable results for students.
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings.
