Specific Duties

Program Operation

• Prepares for classroom instruction.


• Implements a variety of effective teaching techniques.


• Participates in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEP) which are appropriate to the students’ abilities and needs.


• Provides for individual differences.


• Tailors instruction to fit the learning objectives identified for special needs students.


• Implements instructional objectives effectively.


• Demonstrates competent knowledge of subject matter.

Classroom Management
