Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Uses effective teaching techniques to implement curriculum goals.
• Creates weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum and objectives.
• Monitors student progress and communicates with parents.
• Diagnoses and addresses student needs with district specialists when required.
• Maintains positive classroom environment and enforces district policies.
• Develops Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students at varying levels.
