Job summary

The role emphasizes collaborative planning, quality services, and implementing individualized programs including special instruction and tutoring.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, valid state teaching certificate, and a preferred LBS1 endorsement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Valid state teaching certificate as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year teaching experience preferred.
• Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred.
• CPR certification and health clearances as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services to special education students, K–12.
• Collaborate with general education staff on planning and implementing student programs.
• Deliver specialized instruction and tutorial support as part of individual education plans.
• Consult with classroom teachers to support inclusion and progress.
