EDU-AIDS is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. The role focuses on fostering an inclusive learning environment and meeting diverse needs of students with disabilities.

The candidate will develop and implement IEPs, provide direct instruction in various settings, and adapt curricula to individual learning styles while collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to support student growth and progress.

Qualifications

  • Valid state certificate in Special Education (Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
