STRIVE Behavioral Solutions is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Special Education Cross Categorical K-12 Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This role is unique to most special education teaching positions. You will work in partnership with many surrounding public school districts, work directly with students in a school placement setting at STRIVE Behavioral Solutions, oversee behavior technicians working with students 1:1 and work closely with the students’ families to ensure a comprehensive approach to the student’s emotional, behavioral, and educational well-being.

Experience and Requirements

• Wisconsin Special Education License (K-12 Cross Categorical)
• Experience working with children with many abilities (preferred)
• Applied Behavior Analysis experience (highly preferred)
• Must pass a background check

Physical Requirements

• Must be attentive to the students and their safety at all times
• Sustained physical activity and interactive engagement up to 30-60 minutes at a time
• Some school activities may involve running, sitting, walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting up to 30-50 pounds
