Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Special Education Teacher in San Antonio, TX for a contract full-time role. The teacher will deliver quality services to K-12 students and work with general education staff to plan and implement personalized programs.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certificate; one year teaching experience is preferred. LBS1 endorsement is preferred; CPR and health screenings may be required by policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Valid state teaching certificate as required by state, contract/district regulations.
• Minimum of one year experience in teaching environment preferred.
• Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred.
