Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking Special Education Teachers in Phoenix, AZ for the 2026-2027 school year. Multiple openings in a high school district with roles including Inclusion SPED, Specialized SPED, and Emotional Disabilities SPED.

Positions offer up to $55/hour, Monday-Friday schedule, and a school year timeframe from July 27, 2026 to May 21, 2027. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), CPR/First Aid, CPI, and EEEI training or willingness to complete

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• CPI Certification required.
• EEEI training or willingness to complete staff development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized instruction using evidence-based practices.
• Create and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress.
• Maintain required documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
• Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals.
