Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are officially being accepted!

Our Resource Specialist Teachers (RST) enjoy professional autonomy and benefit from being part of the school community and the special education team. The main role of an RST is to proficiently deliver instructional services for Special Education students in small group or individual settings. RSTs will implement accommodations and modifications, and support general education teachers to adapt curriculum and assignments according to students' IEPs.

Compensation and Perks:

• Hourly Rate: $42 - $52
• Weekly direct deposit
• Paid drive-time and mileage reimbursements for travel between school sites
• Communication Stipend (dependent on position & hours worked)

Requirements:

• CA Education Specialist Credential (Mild/Mod - R3MM, R3MN, R3BM, R3BE or Mod/Severe - R3MS)

• Flexibility to adapt to change to best support students’ needs
