Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks a dedicated Special Education teacher in Texas. You will join a multi-disciplinary team that emphasizes applied behavior analysis and positive behavior supports to improve student outcomes.

You will work with a teacher’s assistant, operate classrooms with SMART boards, and access unique programs such as art therapy, animal care therapy, yoga, drama, and life-skills activities. A Bachelor's degree and special education certification are required.

Devereux Texas provides programs and services for a dolescence with Autism/IDD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or other relevant field.
• Special Education teacher certification.
• Experience in Autism/IDD preferred.
