Boothby Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher in Henniker, NH for the 2026–2027 school year. We tailor placements to experience, age group, caseload interests, and geographic preferences.

You will work with a team of specialists and district partners, receiving ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and resources to support students and educators. Salary is competitive and commensurate with certification and placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid NH Special Education certification or eligibility.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction to students receiving special education services.
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions.
• Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations.
• Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments.
