JEMS Academy seeks General Studies and Judaic Studies teachers who specialize in Special Education for the upcoming school year. We require a master’s degree in special education and 1–2 years of experience with diverse special needs, ages 4–12.

Responsibilities include lesson planning, parent outreach, IEPS goal settings, and adapting instruction to meet each child’s individual needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education required.
• 1–2 years of experience with children with diverse special needs preferred.
• Experience withIEPS and individualized education planning is a plus.

JEMS Academy, now entering its third year is seeking both General studies and Judaic studies teachers for this coming school year who specialize in Special Education. We are looking for teachers with masters degrees in special ed and at least one to two years of experience working with children with diverse special needs.

Our students range in age from 4-12.

Teacher responsibilities include but are not limited to:
