Qualifications

• 48 college credit hours and one year experience in a special needs classroom.
• Valid First-Aid and CPR certifications may be required.
• Must have ability to support health care services and behavioral interventions within instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instructional support to individuals and groups of Special Education or Severely Handicapped students.
• Integrate paraeducator health care services or behavior interventions with instruction.
• Support the instructional program as trained and assigned.
