Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in special education from an accredited college or university.
• Meets Maryland SPC I certification requirements for special education.
• Student teaching in the area or two years teaching experience at the assigned level.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and instructional support to students with disabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes for students with disabilities.
• Assist in development of Individualized Education Programs (IEP).
• Collaborate with general education teachers and families.
