Responsibilities

• Consult frequently with classroom teachers on instruction matters.
• Recommend adoption and use of varied instructional materials.
• Assist principals and administrators in implementing the Special Education program.
• Develop and evaluate ongoing programs and propose changes.
• Support teachers in developing systems of support for Students with Disabilities.
• Coordinate programs with campus staff and administrators.
• Attend professional meetings to stay current with legislation impacts.
