Job summary

Lingle Fort Laramie Middle School and High School in Lingle, Wyoming is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional for the 2026–2027 school year. The role supports students in grades 6-12 and works under the building principal.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ParaPro Assessment Test or 48+ college credits.
• Valid driver license and evidence of insurability.
• Level I CPI Training or equivalent within 6 months of hire; annual renewal if required.
• Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to instructional program within the assigned classroom.
• Assist in supervision, care and instruction of special education students.
• Assist in implementing IEP plans.
• Monitor student behavior during non-classroom time.
• Provide information to appropriate school staff and attend IEP meetings if required.
