Job summary

Alpine Elementary in Michigan is seeking compassionate Special Education Paraprofessionals to assist students with disabilities across the school day. You will support instruction, interventions, and data collection while collaborating with teachers and families.

Requirements include a related degree or 60 college credits, ParaPro eligibility, CPI and Ukeru certifications, and reliable attendance. On-site work with a rate of pay starting at $17.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or 60 college credits.
• Passing ETS ParaPro Assessment or equivalent.
• CPI and Ukeru certifications required (district training provided).
• Experience with Pre-K–12 students preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist students academically in various settings.
• Support IEP goals and behavior plans.
• Collect student data and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
• Provide personal care support as assigned.
