Job summary

Natick Public Schools’ Lilja Elementary School is seeking a Paraprofessional Educator in Special Education - Group 2 to support students with diverse needs. The role reports to the Special Education Administrator/Principal and involves 182 days at 1.0 FTE in a collaborative, inclusive setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and experience with Google Suite and PowerSchool; bilingual Spanish/Portuguese is highly desirable. Training will be provided where needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain consistent behavior supports
• Perform duties assigned by supervising teacher/principal
