Job summary

New Story Schools in Ohio is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to support students ages 5-21 with autism and developmental differences. You will assist teachers, support academics and daily living skills, and help track progress in a therapeutic, collaborative setting.

Guided by individualized learning plans, you will reinforce behavior plans, use positive strategies, and contribute to a safe classroom environment. The role offers paid holidays and opportunities for growth.

Job description

As a Special Education Paraprofessional at New Story Schools, you’ll support students with developmental and learning differences in building confidence, independence, and essential life skills. You’ll assist teachers in the classroom, help students stay engaged in their learning, and provide guidance that fosters both academic and social growth.

Start Date: August 2026 ( 2026-2027 School Year)
