Job summary

Precision HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking multiple Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our dedicated team in New Ulm, MN. You will support students with learning, behavior plans, and daily classroom activities in a structured setting.

This role runs Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, with compensation ranging from $19 to $23 per hour based on experience, and weekly pay. This is a temporary-to-permanent position offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 60 post secondary credits or pass Para Professional test within 3 months of employment.
• Patience and a passion for working with students.
• Previous experience in education or special education is a plus.

• Assist with tutoring and instructional activities as directed by the teacher.
• Support students in implementing behavioral and physical management plans.
• Monitor student behavior during study halls, free time, lunch, and transitions.
• Participate in team meetings to review student progress and plans.
