Job summary

Charyl Stockwell Academy District (CSA) is seeking a passionate, collaborative, student-centered Special Education Paraprofessional to join our Brighton/Howell area team. You will support students with individualized instruction, reinforce classroom goals, and work closely with teachers to foster academic and social growth.

As part of CSA, you will contribute to small, balanced classrooms and a safe, positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Provide support to students with special needs under supervision.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and behavior supports.
• Help students achieve academic, social, and daily living goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classrooms during instruction and small-group work.
• Provide individualized encouragement and on-task support.
• Help document progress and communicate with teachers and families as needed.
