Job summary

New Story Schools in Ohio is seeking dedicated staff to support students aged 5-21 with autism and related needs. You will assist teachers with lesson plans, reinforce individualized education plans, and help students develop academic and daily living skills in a structured environment.

The role emphasizes calm, patient communication, teamwork, and the use of positive behavior strategies to foster a supportive classroom. The organization promotes growth and inclusive education for all students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
