Job summary

Young World Physical Education in Pullman is seeking Special Education Paraeducators for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of study at an institution of higher education.
• Possess or be willing to complete Right Response Training.
• Evidence of in-service training and/or successful experience working with students with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students individually or in small groups in various learning activities.
• Provide encouragement and reinforcement of educational objectives.
• Attend to student physical and safety needs.

Skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Experience working with students with special needs

Strong interpersonal skills

Experience/training in special education

Education

Completed at least 2 years of study (72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits) or an associate's degree
