Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion and assist with daily living tasks as needed.
• Ability to work with students with mild to moderate disabilities and contribute to IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with mild to moderate disabilities.
• Assist teachers with instruction, behavior management and data collection.
• Communicate with parents and schedule meetings as needed.
• Maintain student files and classroom records for accurate documentation.
• Support safe behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Execute classroom clerical tasks and adapt activities under teacher direction.
