Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 48 college credits OR passing ParaPro/ParaPathways Foundation assessments must be documented in the TalentEd application.
• Pre-K paraeducators: an associate degree OR CDA licensure by 7/1/2027 OR 5 years public Pre-K experience prior to 7/1/2024.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with developmental needs including daily living skills.
• Plan with teacher regularly to align instructional programs.
• Implement IEP/IFSP compliant instructional and behavioral plans.
• Collect data on student progress as directed by teachers and administrators.
• Provide instructional/support assistance throughout the school day.
• Maintain CPI certifications when assigned to regional programs.
