Job summary

The Excel Center – Michiana Network seeks a Special Education Coordinator to oversee and lead Special Education services across campuses. You will support SPED teachers, ensure IEP quality and compliance, and provide leadership in program coordination and reporting.

This full-time role requires Indiana SPED license, Master’s degree preferred, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to collaborate with general education staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred and Indiana SPED license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience developing and managing IEPs and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead Special Education services across the Michiana Excel Center network.
• Support SPED teachers, ensure IEP quality and compliance, and coordinate programs.
• Lead or support case conferences and ensure measurable goals and transition plans.
