• Establishes clear objectives for all classroom activities and communicates these objectives to students.
• Employs a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media for the location and student groups.
• Utilizes effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
• Strives to implement the District's philosophy of education and instructional goals.
• Takes necessary precautions to protect students and property.
• Maintains accurate records as required by law and policy.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

6. 6. Strives to implement by instruction and action the District's philosophy of education and instructional goals and objectives.
7. 7. Takes all the necessaryand reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials andfacilities.
8. 8. Maintains accurate, complete and correct records as required by law, District policy, andadministrative regulation.
9. 9. Performs all otherduties and responsibilities as assigned.

TERMS

190 days. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provision of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
