Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons aligned with individual IEP goals and specially designed instruction.
• Teach designated subjects to students receiving special education and related services.
• Monitor and track student progress and document outcomes.
• Provide direct and consultative services to students with IEPs within the school environment.
• Collaborate with related service providers and regular staff for accommodations.
• Maintain IEPs, Prior Written Notices, and evaluation paperwork per state/federal rules.
• Lead committee meetings and communicate with parents and staff on progress.
• Coordinate transitions for new enrollees receiving services.
