Job summary

Montgomery County Public Schools is seeking a Substitute Paraeducator Level II for Rock View Elementary School. This 6.5-hour position supports students with accommodations to promote learning and well-being.

It is a Temporary Part Time role without benefits and may require flexible scheduling and location changes as needed. The selected candidate will assist with instructional activities, behavior support, and clerical tasks to back the instructional staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development and instructional practices.
• Knowledge of policies and accommodations for students with 504 plans.

Responsibilities

• Support student learning and well-being under principal supervision.
• Assist with instruction, classroom management and accommodations.
• Perform clerical tasks to support teachers and staff.
