Bentonville Schools currently seeks an Instructional Assistant for Special Education. Under supervision, you will support students and teachers in IEP-driven activities to foster academic, social, and independence skills.

Responsibilities include assisting with instructional materials, data collection, behavior management, and supervision in various school areas to ensure a safe learning environment. Training in restraint procedures may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework or passing of examination as required by the most recent legislation.
• Prior experience working with children desirable.

Responsabilités

• Work with students on content material and reinforce learning.
• Assist in classroom preparations and strategies for materials according to student needs.
• Document student academic performance and data for behavior tracking.
