Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides remedial instruction on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to support IEP goals.
• Supervises students in activity centers.
• Monitors and charts progress toward IEP goals and objectives.
• Assists with toileting, feeding, dressing, mobility and hygiene needs.
• Participates in meetings, screenings and progress report discussions.
• Attends in-service trainings to upgrade skills.
• Assists students with completing class assignments.
• Fulfills bus duties and supervision as needed.
• Helps maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.
