• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Special Education intake and transitions for new and current students.
• Coordinate evaluations and initial IEPs with timely documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for families during referral processes and ensure compliance timelines.
• Maintain centralized tracking of case timelines and next steps.
• Prepare and distribute notices, consents, and safeguards; escalate issues when needed.
