Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Special Education IEP Specialist to join the Education Leadership team in Indiana. The role focuses on IEP compliance, external partnerships, and admissions support, guiding teachers and staff to administer effective interventions for students with special needs.

You will lead IEP planning, monitor progress, and ensure accurate records while coordinating with families and LEAs. This is an opportunity to contribute to a values-driven, employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Indiana Special Education license in Mild/Severe required.
• Experience writing compliant IEPs with state standards.
• Ability to lead case conferences and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Article 7 and applicable DOE graduation pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in IEP compliance and processes.
• Attend and facilitate IEP meetings.
• Develop and plan IEPs with teachers and staff.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to implement IEPs.
• Monitor IEP documentation for federal/state guidelines.
