The Due Process Facilitator at Hiawatha College Prep - Northrop (High-Needs School) will join our special education team to ensure IEP compliance and active family engagement for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond.
Reporting to the Leadership Team and collaborating with special education teachers, the DPF advocates for students' rights, writes and reviews IEPs, and helps build trust with families while upholding our equity commitments.

The Due Process Facilitator (DPF) is a member of our special education team and is responsible for ensuring the school maintains strong IEP compliance and family engagement in the IEP process. The DPF will strive to ensure that all Hiawatha Academies scholars are empowered with the knowledge, character and leadership skills to graduate from college and serve the common good. The DPF will work alongside special education teachers, and under the guidance of the HCP Leadership Team.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
