You will lead IEPs, write progress reports, monitor progress, and ensure compliant documentation. Requires AZ teaching cert, Bachelor's, IVP clearance; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified in Special Education with AZ teaching certification.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead IEP/MET meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
• Develop lesson plans with accommodations aligned to goals.
• Adapt general curriculum to meet individual needs.
• Implement and manage PBIS and behavior tracking.
• Supervise and direct paraprofessionals in the classroom.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and outside agencies.
• Support assistive technology and augmentative devices.
