A minimum of a high school diploma and previous experience working with children are required. A paraeducator certification is preferred. For preschool roles, candidates should meet specific criteria such as certification with an early childhood endorsement, CDA, or a two-year degree or higher, with the ability to obtain these within one year of employment.
May involve indoor and outdoor work, with moderate noise levels. Physical demands include lifting and physical assistance as needed.
