Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred; enrollment in teacher certification program strongly encouraged.
• Experience with children or adolescents in educational or related settings.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instructional activities following curriculum and lesson plans.
• Support students in meeting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
• Create and maintain a structured, safe classroom environment.
• Implement instructional and behavioral strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Manage daily classroom routines, attendance, materials, and student engagement.
• Communicate progress and needs with administrators, staff, and families.
• Supervise students during instruction and transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of instruction and incidents.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
