Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with instructional procedures and activities.
• Prepare classroom materials and arrange environments to support students with disabilities.
• Work with individuals or groups; monitor progress and behavior.
• Collect data on student performance as directed by the teacher.
• Support safety and positive learning environments during all activities.
• Assist with transitions between settings and daily program planning.
• Perform clerical tasks and operate audiovisual equipment as needed.
• Attend staff development and school/district meetings.
