Qualifications

• Admitted to or eligible for admission to the Iowa State Bar.
• 1-3 years of experience as a legal intern, law clerk, or licensed attorney.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and advocacy projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal service to students with disabilities on IDEA and/or Section 504 rights.
• Engage in litigation with support from the Legal Director.
• Conduct investigations and outreach activities.
