Job summary

FullBloom's SESI-TEXAS division seeks a dedicated behavior aide to support K-12 students with special needs in in-district classrooms and standalone settings. You will work with teachers to deliver small-group instruction, monitor progress, and reinforce new skills using CASE PBIS framework.

The role requires a high school diploma with preferred college experience; salary ranges $18–$20 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Lead small group instruction implementing SESI’s academic rotational model.
• Partner with the teacher to provide customized behavior and academic support.
• Reinforce learning and monitor student progress using data.
• Assist with large group activities, grading, and accommodations as needed.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and safety procedures as required.
• Collaborate with other staff to address students’ needs.
