Job summary

FullBloom is seeking an Educational Support role to work with a teacher in delivering individualized services to small groups of students. You will monitor student behavior, track progress, and reinforce learning using the SESI rotational model.

Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, conducting assessments, and providing accommodations while ensuring student safety and well-being in a structured school setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong ability to monitor student progress and reinforce learning.
• Ability to communicate with parents and collaborate with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse group of students from varied backgrounds.
• Lead small group instruction using the SESI rotational model.
• Partner with the teacher to provide behavior and academic support and assessments.
• Reinforce learning and assign tasks; use data to tailor materials.
• Assist with large group activities, grading, and independent work.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Implement de-escalation and crisis management as needed for safety.
• Help create daily plans and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise students and coordinate with other staff and providers.
