The Cobb County School District is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Alternative Education Programs (ASP) team as an instructor and supervisor for ASP students. The role focuses on delivering planned activities, ensuring student safety, and maintaining accurate attendance and records within the ASP setting.

Primary duties include instruction, supervision, behavior management, and participation in ASP staff meetings and trainings as required by the ASP Director.

Competenze

• Educational level required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification/License: CPR and First Aid.
• Experience: None.
• Physical activities: routine physical activities required to fulfill responsibilities.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: oral and written communication, instructional strategies, student management, site safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Instructs and supervises daily planned activities for the students.
• Manages student behavior for assigned students.
• Maintains accurate records at the sign out desk.
• Follows daily time schedule as assigned by the ASP Director.
• Knows and follows site safety procedures.
• Attends ASP staff meetings and required training sessions.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by appropriate administrator.
